After picking up 2 of the grandkids from school this afternoon and making detours to Starbucks the grocery store for candy, I saw the sunset was really taking shape, so I drove to a local wilderness area that's only about 2 acres and sandwiched between houses. But it has a small marsh and some trees, and if you work the angles just right you can sometimes avoid the houses in the background.
In this case I had my Nikon Z8, the 8 year old granddaughter was using her iphone to take photos of the sunset as well. The 4 year old tagged along with us playing in the gravel of the short 1/4 mile trail that loops around the area. We all had fun in our own ways. It was really cool seeing the 8 year old stopping and composing photos with her phone.
