Taking the Dog for a Walk

I am in a bit of a yellow mood.

At a local park this tree is one that has millions of little purple flowers on it. The ones that will stain the street if they land on it. Anyway, it was in bloom and I was curious how those purple flowers on it would end up looking when captured in IR. Well... they didn't turn any crazy colors like I had hoped or wished for. So I went with the normal channel swap, and then a slight hue adjustment to really make the yellow sing.

The yellows really jump out with this processing. I can see the blooms but as you said they didn't really reflect much IR. Nice scene.

Yellow against blue is a good combo.
