The big black zipper (NSWZ)

As a photographer, I never stop exploring new techniques and concepts. I always been fascinated by the use of selective colors.

In my last shoot with Jewel in Arizona, instead of using a black tape like many do I used an extra-large zipper. Like if the bW would make slowly space to color, revealing then the feminine beauty.

What do you think ?

A very unique approach to your processing here. Not an effect I have seen used like this before. It works quite well for this set of images.

Nice idea Rick.. love it, I would add a lot more pictures - even more experiments with the zipper and the model.. there are certainly many possibilities.

Yes, I saw the experiment on Landscape images first and that brought me here.. the idea with the model is even more interesting.
