The Brick Road Town - Woodbine

This is a short video from the small town of Woodbine Iowa, a small town I stumbled across while driving across the Midwest. I saw a sign that said "Brick Road" while driving along the main highway, so I turned and followed the signs. :)

Pretty cool find - I like the rustic look the bricks provide. Looks quite a bit smoother than the cobblestone roads that are used in the Paris - Roubaix bicycle race.

Interesting about the fuel prices - Gorda California is selling regular unleaded gas for $7.59/gallon as of today :)

Interesting find, I did not see any potholes or places where they tore up the street for utility work. Maybe brick is a good way to pave. It also looks like its been there a long time and still in good repair.
