This for me was a real tough one. I have 15 1/2 hours invested in this and kinda disappointed in the final image. Perhaps it was the moon light or just my feeble skills?
Time to move on I guess

The Cocoon is a really tough one Ed. I think it was the moon light. You should try it again in another week with the new moon.

I think you did good though with the moon light factored in.

I was going to try this myself, but really bad seeing in AZ right now where my gear is. I guess this is more challenging than many expect. Almost 'too bright' in a way. Will have to see what I can do with it at some point. This is not a bad result at all, got some of the faint dust around the Cocoon too.
