The Crane

[Amy Earl]

I rarely shoot urban/industrial photos but this crane silhouetted against the morning sky grabbed my eye. C&C welcome!

I maybe should have posted a smaller-width version so it could fit on people's screens :/ For some of our threads with tall vertical photos like this I find myself zooming out the browser window to be able to see the photos in their entirety. Making a mental note for next time.

I like the sky colors as a backdrop and the clean sharp features of the crane help make this interesting to view.

I like this one. I post verticals at 800 high.

This is really cool Amy! A great catch here, no wonder it caught your eye.

Like Ben, I usually just go 800pix on vertical shots so they can be seen without scrolling. But lot's of people don't do that, so either way is fine.

Thanks Jim and Ben. Will do 800 high next time, good idea
