This is one of my Sounds of Nature video's. I captured this a few weeks ago up in Sequoia NP. It's funny how until I started doing these video's, I never realized just how many birds there are, and how much they sing in these forested area's.
I had intended on going up to the Redwoods in Northern California to photograph Rhododendrons and the Redwoods, but while I was in Yosemite first, the forecast for that are turned to constant winds of 25 to 30 mph and gusts of higher winds. So I changed my mind as videoing or photographing flowers in 25 to 30 mph winds doesn't often turn out well....
So I dropped down into Sequoia, I wasn't sure if I would see any Dogwoods as I had heard there wasn't many there just a few weeks earlier. But I went anyway. I had a fun 2 days there photographing and taking video.
This is 17 minutes long, so it's meant to be something you can put on and just sit back and relax for a bit.
Thanks!
And Please Subscribe and Share my YouTube Channel. I want to get to 1000 subscribers, but at this point of really slow growth, I would be happy with 800 subscribers!
