The Doors to Taos - Part 1

Taos, New Mexico. What an amazing little town within a town. You have what is a cool and artsy kind of town named Taos, and in the heart of it is a smaller Indian town called Taos that basically feels like it's a village that time forgot. If you have never been there you need to go.

I have been there a couple of times, and one thing I have enjoyed doing is capturing the doors and windows of these ancient houses. Am I the only one who is into doors in these places?

So here is part 1 of a multi-part thread of various doors that caught my eye.

Nice colors leftover after all this time in the first 2. The third really steals the show for me, adding the step really connects the shot for some reason...

Thanks Dave! Yeah, some doors had steps, some didn't. It was all a pretty hodge podge affair there which adds to how cool it is.

Now your commenting on this has me wondering if I had every posted a Part 2...
