The Lobster and More

This is from a month ago, captured out in Joshua Tree National Park from 2 nights of data. I initially had wanted to go after the Bubble nebula (NGC7635) that you see in the upper right hand corner. But while framing it up, I saw that if I didn't center the Bubble nebula I could get the Lobster Claw nebula (SH2-157) in the center while getting the Bubble nebula in the upper right with enough space that I could still crop it out separately later. And then it also gave me SH2-158 in the lower right.

I processed this in the HOO palette.

the planet or whatever that is in the upper right , looks like its peeking through at us. Like the death star form Star Wars. I like it

Love the framing on this, still large enough on each object to get good interest but wide enough to include lots of goodies. Excellent job.

Thanks Mike! My initial goal was I wanted to go after the Bubble nebula. When I saw I could change the framing to get 3 different objects (all be it smaller) that I went for that. I am finding it cool to see how some of these objects relate to each other in a wider view.
