My personal favorite is the first foggy mountain, love the atmosphere.

As to the name, remember it's not the "Sunny Road" its the "Road to the Sun". Meaning if you want to see the sun, you need to keep driving....

thanks alan. i finally had a good moody day at glacier and it was free entrance day at the parks. didn't know until i hit the gatehouse. and things seemed pretty clear until i made it past lake mcdonald. after that it was bumper to bumper with every overlook jammed full of cars and people. i shot these from the slow moving car.

if it's going to the sun road, you think i'd eventually get to the sun. i didn't. the road didn't go to the sun.
