The Road Less Traveled

As I was heading to Cathedral Gorge a few weeks back, I stopped when I saw this guy who appeared to be heading to Cathedral Gorge as well but by the road less traveled.

One thing I liked, is the windshield on the car reminds me of the sunglasses so many people wore back in the 70's.

No question about the less traveled part for this "road". I sure hope the tow hitch for the trailer is at the other end of this rig 'cuz the wind resistance of the end facing your camera would be brutal to tow

The abandoned cars are an interesting feature that never fails to amaze me.

That was somebody's "goin' out west" dream rig from the 1970s. Well, they made it as far as Nevada, that's pretty good. I don't know if that swamp cooler would clear the local bridges!

Yep, the air flow would be an issue. I am not sure how concerned they were with that back in the 70's though.

LOL yeah, that Swamp Cooler looks like an after market addon that could sure cause some issues.
