This morning in Donegal

Donegal is in the far North of Ireland. A land of cliffs, islands and strong winds (and rain). This is just a quick edit of Malin Head this morning when we had a little watery sunshine, it is now raining hard. Ken

Hey Ken, this is a nice long exposure. I would try to convert this to black and white.

Woah!!! This has such an incredible feel to it. Love the clouds, the motion of the water. Knowing how windy it can get over there, you did great to keep this stable.

One of the advantages of being able to drive to photo locations is being able to bring a large and heavy tripod, mines is a Gitzo Systemic with 4" spikes. I pushed the spikes deep into the ground and this kept the camera fairly stable throughout the 120s exposure despite the 40mph wind. Ken
