Finally, I am able to respond to a challenge! Usually, I start looking for images that suit the topic and then spend the rest of the day going through other non related files! 😁

Michael, great—and symmetrical examples—you’ve shared! I especially love the “Aspen Twins” and the “Rio Grande” images! The Goblin Valley image is spectacular too! Thank you for sharing—and for your participation.

Beautiful images Alan—great selection of symmetry inspired landscapes! The Bandon sunset is especially compelling—love this composition! And the Myrtle Falls is equally well composed—gorgeous! Lower Antelope Canyon and the Valley of Fire images work well for this Task too. I also like the Lone Peak in the Alabama Hills image, nice layered composition—nice! Thank you for sharing Alan.

I'm with Michael on this one. Nobody can send me down a delightful rabbit hole like John as I search for an image worthy of his fabulous into page and examples.
Here is my contribution.

Wow! Great images Trent! I especially love the wind-blown circles in the sand and the broken branch in the river—love the reflection completing the ellipse. Nice! Without reading your intro comment, I thought the first image was taken by a drone! Nice image too! Thank you for sharing these great symmetrical examples!

Dan, I love the “autumn” trees and the “winter” trees in your first and second images—nice symmetry! The ducks/geese in the sky was an interesting and good choice as well. My favorite, and so beautiful, is your fifth image of a snowy tree and its reflection—gorgeous! The two monarch butterflies is another example of well composed capture of symmetry. Thank you for sharing all these great images Dan!

Very late to the party. Been tied up the past few days. When I think of symmetry, reflections come to mind. Here are a couple of them.

Jameel, your symmetrical images are beyond words—but I’ll try to add a few! 😉 Each is very well composed—I love the “centered” composition, with perfect reflections as well. I like the added detail in the Lake O’Hara image with the submerged log in the foreground—and the two branches rising above the surface. Thank you for sharing!

Ken, your first image is perfect for this week’s Task. I also admire the third image so much—beautiful image as well. Thank you for sharing these well chosen images. Is your second image the Callanish Standing Stones? Very nice B&W by the way.
Yes Callanish, I have now labelled the images. Ken
