Todays Freckles

I set up my Astro gear and also the Seestar on my daughters backyard deck last night. I didn't tear them down this morning, but kept them up and I just captured the sun a few minutes ago.

For some reason, the sunspots reminded me of freckles this morning. It's kind of interesting how they change from day to day.

This is the jpg straight from the Seestar S50. On the phone I used PSExpress to crop it and then sharpen it slightly and added a touch of saturation.

Nice - looks like I have to get on my amateur radio, I bet propagation is good with all those sunspots. Cycle 25 is lookin' good these days.
