Some shots of Turnstone, Arenaria interpres, or Ruddy Turnstone, Arenaria interpres. I had to get down onto the ground to get a decent POV and found it difficult to get a natural shot without all the washed up plastic. Came out better than I thought they would.

This bird's markings blend in well with the debris at the edge of the daily tides. Good you got down low for the point of view.

Fairly common bird Jim. They are also very tolerant of man so will let you get very close.
