Very nice framing Bob. I think I prefer #2, but only slightly.

I like how the pano gets framed on each side with the trees.

@AlanLichty, @BlackRockArt and @JimFox - thanks for the kinds words. It's funny that I originally preferred the first image but most have favored #2. Looking again this next day, I see why.

It's interesting Bob, because both images are pretty similar. I just went back up to see why I prefered #2 over #1. The sunset intensity is different, but there is still a golden sunset in both. I think the difference is in the framing. In #2, the framing of the tree on the right has a substantial amount of the right side as a frame. In #1, the tree is lower down on the right side, and it's almost getting lost in the background. So I don't think it does as an effective of a job in framing the right side.
