That is a cool shot of that hawk. I like how he is looking off to the side.
It's odd you never saw it again. I know out at Joshua Tree there was a pair of hawks that hung out not far from Split Rock that I would see for years in the same area.
There is an issue with Uploading Photos (attachjments). I am not sure what the problem is, and I am looking into it. You can still try to Create your Threads and Upload your Photos, but it is hanging up during the Upload.
