Village in the valley

Nestled somewhere in the Southern Alps is a village called Le Casset. It's at the end of a long drive to get into this valley where some nice hikes are found. Returning from one, we walked through the village and I was fascinated with all the funny angles, plus the mix of old and new construction. Here are a couple. 1 and 2 are the same vantage point but with slightly different crops and treatment. C&C welcome.

What a super cool village Amy. And you had a great eye to catch all of those lines and angles in it.

I might try a crop in both #1 and 2 so as to crop out the sky. Just crop at a point where the sky is gone and the top of the frame as a clean edge. And that's not that these are really nice, but the crops could offer a bit of a more refined view for the eye with those angles.

I think the second one shows the most different angles. It's always interesting to see how things got appended onto old buildings that are still in use.
