I took a foreground lighting and background lighting shot of the same row of grapes.

The first one grabs me and held on hard enough to make me scroll back up when I saw #2. There is a symmetry in the first comp I like.

Hey Joe, these are nice! I was going to pick #2 as my favorite but Alan may have swayed me to #1.

#1 for me. I can see a nice crop in #2 though - cut off the leaves on the right so it's just grapes, then blur the out of focus grapes even more, and perhaps a bit of blur on the post to put even more emphasis on the in focus grapes.

These both have a totally B+W feel to them, very much fine art. It's inspiring to see photos like these here.

Thank you Alan, It's funny but I can't judge my own work sometimes. I get caught up in one aspect I like in a image and miss others I should have paid attention to.
