Watching the Sunset

This is from Bolsa Chica Wetlands looking across to the Bolsa Chica State Beach. This was with the Tamron 150-600mm on the Nikon D850 in crop mode at 260mm at a distance of a 1/4 to 1/2 mile away. I could have switched to full frame mode, but then I would have had to shoot longer which would have given me less DOF. But who knows, next time I might do that.

I like how this one worked out - the birds and the clouds are a great backdrop for the scene and you had some nice colors as well.

Nice use of long lens landscape. Did you get any birds there? A good place for that.

Thanks Ben! I got lot's of birds before the sunset. 3 or 4 different types. I will work on some of those next.
