Nice Dave, this feels almost like The Wave, but with water added with all those stripes.A little different from the usual waterfall; it was fun to play with the patterns of the layered sediment.

Hey Zeph, I like that a lot! What a cool and unique perspective.A bit different, not sure if it works for you?

Nice! This is old stomping grounds! Summer vacations with the family every year while growing up into high school and college. I have been fishing about where the rainbow is left of the falls, after crossing the river down stream a bit. Great memories!Very nice, Alan. Do you get reds there or "just" yellow/orange?
Downstream from Devils Postpile, there's a reliable mistbow at the falls. This was probably with a P&S. Please forgive the WA distortion.

Classic, and quite lovely!A tree that is no longer standing. Even though it's dead here, it stood for many many years. It's a view from Yosemite I shot in many seasons and times and should put together sometime into a series.

Beautiful scene, Alan. Incredible depth into the bg here!Another Wednesday and another waterfall thread.
Along the south shore of the Quinault River just part the east end of Lake Quinault lies a small drainage named Bunch Creek. There is a set of falls viewable from the South Shore road called appropriately Bunch Creek Falls. Pretty much a series of cascades rather than one big drop but picturesque especially in the fall with changing leaves.
Add your own falls......
