My falls today is a shot of the upper portion of Falls Creek Falls the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. This was shot in the fall a number of years back when the water levels were on the low side which gives the falls a more delicate touch than the firehose madness of spring.

Pile on with whatever you resembling falling water :)

Sutherland Falls, South Island, New Zealand. I was not able to get closer due to landslides and the imminent danger of further slides. This was in the middle of a 2 month dry spell, very unusual for fjord land, so the flow is well down. The entire falls have a drop of 1904 ft but this is only the top and part of the middle, the bottom section is not visible. Ken

Pretty spectacular falls even from a distance. A 1900 foot drop is quite exceptional. I can see why there could be landslide issues with terrain that steep. Gravity never sleeps.
