Welcome to another round of waterfalls which might look quite refreshing to those who are suffering from excessively warm days this summer.

My falling water image for this week is in the Oregon Coast Range with one of the first views of Kentucky Falls you get from the trail as you descend down the switchbacks leading to the bottom of the falls. This is just the upper portion of the falls but the trees offer a nice frame for the view.

Pile on with whatever you have depicting falling water :)

This is Lower Lewis Falls in Washington State. Right beside the parking lot, these Falls are very popular on a hot summer day.

Saying these are popular on a summer day is a bit of an understatement. This place has gotten so popular in recent years they even set up a permit/reservation system to keep the crowds down. I like your small scenes from the complex of falls.

Cascade du Rouget. This image is from 2014 but processed for the first time this week. when I looked at it in 2014 I couldn't handle the numerous water droplets from the spray from the 300ft high waterfall. Modern software allows me to hide the water droplets. This region is on my bucket list to return. Ken

I can see why you would want to return - gorgeous multitiered falls with some beautiful light and lush greenery. Looks quite refreshing this time of year.
