Wild, Wild Horses...couldn't drag me away

I love my wild horses. They are strong, resilient, family oriented. But you can see in this pic the mare on the left....not in too good a shape :(. I actually documented the first 4 days of the gather. One is to make sure as a humane observer, that the cowboys are not causing undue stress to the horses as they are already stressed. Another for my documentation so I know who is no longer on the range. And three, I just love when they get adopted that I can give the adopters pictures of them in the wild. Though it is very heart wrenching to watch them be taken off the land.

Hey Darcy, with being friends with you on FaceBook I know for a fact you are wild for Wild Horses! It's certainly an awesome thing that you do.

This is a really cool shot. Your focus is off a bit unless that was your intent.

No wasn't my intent, and yes it is off a little and they were moving LOL. Plus I was a ways away from them so zoomed all the way to 300. I need a 600 LOLOL. But thank you I still like it!
