Dandy is from my Naturally Abstract collection and was composed at the Aiken County Historical Museum in Aiken, SC. Not sure how many of you have ever tried the trick I used on this one, but if not, it might be something you'll keep in your back pocket. If you use a plamp to hold your subjects still, then you know that one end of it is black or white. Depending on where you are able to place it, that can add a distracting element to your scene (especially in cases where you can see through your subject). Well, you can occasionally remedy that problem by finding some flora near the subject and use it to cover the holder. In this case I found a leaf from a weed that added some color and got rid of the issue.
