Maybe not that good. I am sure it's meant mainly for snow and maybe mud?

nope. we don't usually share toys between agencies. they showed up with it at the last polar bear plunge event and everyone ooh'd and ahh'd. we joked that they'd be in charge of pulling the 4th of july fireworks barge in from the ocean this summer. and then they didn't bring it...smart group.
