A Mt. Hood Sunrise Panorama

We had an exceptional sunrise back in the first part of January that I posted a single frame image of with Mt. Hood at the center of attention. I did take some panorama sequences that morning as well and this is a 3 panel scene from just a bit earlier in the sunrise. Mavic 3 using the wide angle lens.

Thanks Tim - the view of this sunrise from ground level at my house isn't anywhere near as spectacular as the scene from 400' above my driveway.

Thats one intense sunrise. I would have guessed sunset rather than sunrise with the deep reds in the sky.

Thanks Jameel - definitely one of the more intense sunrises I have seen in Vancouver. Happily it started a bit more mild but it looked promising enough that I had already launched my drone and was in the air when it went into nuclear glow mode.

Thanks - it was pretty crazy. I just stayed in one spot directly overhead and kept yawing and shooting. I shot some full 180º panos but I don't really like panos that wide. This 3 panel version covered most of the color show.

Thanks Jim - we don't get a lot of sunrises that come anywhere even close to this one. I kinda wish we would get more but maybe they wouldn't be as novel if they were common.
