Red Breaks in B&W

Red Breaks is a non-technical slot canyon in the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument. Non technical unless you have a dog with you or humans not used to climbing over chockstones and up/down chimneys, anyway. There isn't an official trail there, but many footprints. I made the mistake of following the ones trod by the most number of feet and the approach took me 2 hours instead of 1. The morning was overcast, which was great for walking but not so great for slot canyon pictures. This was early on in the slot, before the sun was able to break through the clouds. I liked the strata in the rock and thought it would do well in B&W. At this point, it was easy to walk through with my pack on my back, but a little further in, I had to carry my pack on top of my head in order to squeeze through (it was too narrow for pushing/pulling my pack in front or behind to work).

C&C always welcome.

I love it Monika! The way the lines just seem to keep going on forever is amazing. While I know the color ones with look awesome, this B&W really works perfectly because of the tones.
