That is from Mystery Valley adjacent to Monument Valley, Michael. You have to pay a guide to see it, but it is worth it. There are many other nice ruin images and rock art in that area. Here are a couple.

I just discovered your post, Michael. I'm sorry about that. That petroglyph is in Mystery Valley which is right near Monument Valley. The only way to see it is to take a guided tour.
