I've got a few textures I made by either scratching something or using a sock across drying paint on plexiglass and then inverting the black/white balance to suit my need. I just add it into another layer in Photoshop and experiment a little with the blending mode and opacity, this was "Lighten" blending mode... I like the result, its something we don't get to see much nowadays. I almost never do this, but on a few portraits of late I've added some expired light leaks and scratches... So @JimFox will rejoice to know I am using my photoshop now and then not ONLY Lightroom.Looks like a print from a poorly stored negative. I am guessing you used a software filter for that effect? Adds an interesting element into the image.
