Purple Spots

Purple Spots is from my Naturally Abstract collection and was composed at the Aiken County Historical Museum in Aiken, SC. This foxglove had fallen off the plant and was on the ground. I took it, opened it up, spread it out flat on a wood chip, and used it as a subject. So, this is what one looks like on the inside. I thought it made a wonderful abstract.
