Monday morning I found myself waiting for a Red tail hawk to fly off his perch. I spent an hour sitting there for him just to swoop away in the tree line. As I was leaving going to my truck I found some great little birds right there. I leaned on my truck and shot away.

Wow Joe! What a really sweet series. It's funny just how long some of those birds can sit there without ruffling a feather!

I sure enjoyed the variety of birds you found on the way back. Those alone make it worth while.

Neat collection of bird shots with some nice details in each. I love the sleepy eyed owl shot and the flicker with the berry in its mouth.

Jim thata was a day that looked like a Blah day to being very fruitful. Part of the reason why photography is so much fun. Younvere know what will happen.
