The North Beach area of Pistol River State Scenic Viewpoint in Southern Oregon is indeed quite scenic. I was lucky enough to have this nice sunrise color a couple of weeks ago.

That's the thick, soupy stuff - I love it!

Visibility was limited and the rain was coming down, still the views were awesome. 590nm converted Nikon.

Midway between Tonalea and Kaibeto on the Navajo Reservation in Arizona. It was one of those days with alternating bright sunshine and torrential downpours. Since we were driving we saw plenty of both.
