Great to see this Andy. Awesome result. I just got a Seestar S30 Pro and waiting for some clear skies. This is awesome and I can wait to image Andromeda myself. Maybe I need to get an S50 as well and then sell my Celstron Origin.

After owning this scope for a week, I had a brief window to capture a DSO. From a perfectionist standpoint, there's a lot to improve on this image. However, capture was done in Alt/Az mode with a paltry 9 minutes total integration at 10 seconds each. I took the Seestar integrated fits file...

First and only time I got to capture sunrise at Stearns Wharf in Santa Barbara.

I often do the same. It's funny how a little turnaround can offer a different perspective.

I saw this view out of the corner of my eye as I was walking away. Glad I turned around to get one last sunrise view.

We don't see this in Minnesota unless it's snow mixed with various types of mud and dirt. LOL

We had big rains today in the Santa Barbara area but they gave way to fair skies this afternoon. I took a walk on the beach and noticed all the little 'riverlets' in the sand from the down pours. Here's my example.

We're only here for six days and leave for home tomorrow. It's been a great week and the photo gods smiled upon me. I have no idea if this is the same log or not. With the tides, who knows.
