Well, with a little imagination!. Taken last night with about 7 hours of 2 min subs used to capture M42 using the WOGT71 scope, asiair 533 mc pro, HEQ5 mount and the Antlia Tri Band RGB filter Lots of dust clouds in Orion, for sure. M42

NGC1499 2 panel mosaic taken with about 6 hours per panel around Dec 5th. In hindsight, it could have been a 4 panel to capture it all. Taken with my new grab and go kit, the WOGT71, Asi533mc, HEQ5 Pro and the Optolong L-Extreme filter.

Took this using the mosaic composite process in the Asiair and Pixinsight of (4) panels that make up the mosaic. Each panel consisted of 5 hours of 300 sec's exposures. The 4 panels were set to overlap about 40% with the heart having a full 16 hours of data applied. 10% is the minimum overlap...

Very dim object! Making me shoot 10 hours of (8) min long subs, which took 3 nights to accumulate enough time (- clouds lol) 80 - 8 min subs I think is a record for me. I Iost at least 30 subs due to clouds Tough little target to capture, and tougher to process Time to move on...
