been watching this Badger Den for several days - so much fun to watch the interactions

we have been there 3 times in the last week - will look later in the month see how things are going

this den consist of 8 kits and 2 parents they put on quite the show every late afternoon - fun to watch - they have taken over an old log cabin and make the most of it

this was our last trip to the Saguaro Owl nest for this year will be off and traveling for the summer they have really grown in the last 3 weeks - Mom was feeding them this morning

I have been looking for some Saguaro cactus blossoms before we take off for the summer finally found one cactus - this was a drone shot- seems they are a bit behind usually this time they are popping all over - but having a hard time finding some -

our 4runner parked - have not gotten that good yet to let it chase the car

I am getting into drone shooting made this up from our trip to the Peridot Mesa outside of Globe Arizona - it was spectacular - not sure if this is going to work maybe too big

I just got my first drone DJI mini3 Pro - loving it and trying to avoid tall cactus --love the circular panos

Went out to Peridot Mesa yesterday - (outside of Globe AZ) the super bloom was in full view - what a lovely sight covering the whole area- did some Drone photos too

right now they are fighting over the ladies - lots of action springs up all over - RF100-500

just learning and playing around with different features found this to be very interesting and a lot of possibilities

they seem to be eating the green stuff not the flowers - it is very lush right now we have had a lot of rain

on the Bush Hwy outside of Mesa AZ as you travel east you will be treated to the poppies all over the hills with the additional action of the Salt River (wild/feral) horses creating a stir

yes is was a turkey vulture - they are everywhere here

hopefully waiting for a Poppy explosion on the Superstitions but so far not much however the Bush Highway past Butcher jones has a great selection of spots - easy access from the boat overflow parking lot

this morning we woke up to a wonderful sight you don't see in the Mesa AZ area very often Snow on the Superstitions - had to get up and take advantage as it will be gone by the afternoon

we were going to look at the Eclipse in April but due to its path we felt it would be pushing the weather in Texas as that is Tornado season and lots of rain - we live in an RV - we did the one in 2017 in Oregon right on the line- it was great
