i've had my eye on this boat in the marsh for a few years now. it's pretty hard to get close since it's in the middle of the marsh. so i flew the drone out and lowered it until it threatened to land. still loving the portrait mode that i didn't think i'd ever really use.

i went out to take photos of the aurora tonight, but we have too much light pollution and cloud cover. this was around 23:30 in one of the darkest parts of the state.

found at the refuge while looking for foxes. normally they're pretty flighty and you can't get close enough for a photo.
