My first post on this site. WA coast Olympic National Park. Ruby is one of my favorite easy access beaches. Love the cloudy days for B&W. Sony A7rII.

I took my first trip out of the country and I choose Iceland. Sunset on Black Sand Beach. The combination of the black sand on the beach and watching the wave crashing on the beach was calming. I could have sat here all day watching the waves.

From my second trip to the PNW, Aug '09.

Couple beach combers approaching Morro Rock, from Morro Strand State Beach.
Dense, low hanging fog enshrouded the rock this early morning.
With Martin McLeish back in Aug '09.
From early January in Garrapata State park this year. It was raining and wild, but seemed like a great time to be out there.
