I was up in Tuolumne Meadows in Yosemite a week ago to try and shooting the Perseids Meteor Shower. Because I knew the moon was rising pretty early at night (11pm) that my odds of actually capturing the meteor shower was slim, but I figured if nothing else I would be able to get some star shots...
