I've been getting up and over to a different side of the lake to fly the drone and capture the sunrise. This is from 3/11/19.

This morning I flew the drone from the west side of the lake, but missed the sunrise by a bit. I was happy to see the lone fishing boat in the middle of the lake and a few wisps of fog hanging around.

This is my first shoot of 2019, this morning on my way to work. For a while I was looking for a perfect sunrise and conditions when I drive through this area.

My coldest night was spent in Monument Valley. But so worth the night/morning cold was this vibe from MV. CC welcome!

I got an early start and made it up to the Heybrook Ridge viewpoint well before sunrise to get this shot of one of the most dramatic peaks in Washington.
