A few from the Narrows

Here are some shots from my trek through the Narrows in Zion 10 days ago. Awesome hike if you've never done it, but I was really thankful to get back on solid, dry land when I was done. We definitely had some nice fall color, so I've included some focusing on the water and walls and a couple that have some of that color.

One of my favorite places, I have done this part of the narrows, you have some great shots here.

Nice set, Kyle! You definitely had better foliage & light than I had on Monday. I decided to do the Narrows on Monday specifically because it was going to be cloudy & I'd rather come away from the Narrows with little or nothing to show (photographically) than from the Subway. No nice, reflected light on the canyon walls or interesting water color like you were able to capture. And the leaves were at least half gone (but some hadn't even turned). Just have to go back....

I will echo what Alan said, while the Wall Street shots are very nice, images #2 & 4 with fall colors stand out in this set.

Great stuff, Kyle! I'm also partial to the ones with trees in fall regalia. But, really dig #3.
In the 2nd, my overall favorite, I wonder about toning down the highlights upper center?

Thanks Barry, I thought about that too. I'm torn between having an ethereal light background versus evening out the tone. I'll play with it. Glad you like 2 - it's one of my favorites but I wasn't sure how it would play with others.
