Abell 39

Hi all, this blue ball of largely oxygen gas is catalogued as Abell 39, with no nick name I’m aware of.
From the driveway, I caught 4 hours of data through an oxygen filter, 5 minutes subframes, and an hour each through red, green, and blue filters, with 2 minute sub frames.
I framed it off center so I could include the nice red giant star to the lower right.

This is so totally awesome! Who knew anything like this existed? I had never seen it before today. Love the look, and it's so cool it looks like a bubble.

That's very nice, and one of the better images of this object I have seen. Like the framing too. Very deserving of the FW Featured Astro Image!
