Alien Antenna

I was out at Joshua Tree a few days ago, and was shooting primarily with the IR camera as I like what Infrared can do for the desert. This one I found by looking up and totally removing the ground out of the image. I liked the way the Joshua Tree was spreading it's branches like a twisted alien antenna.

Yeah, I like it that the 590nm can get the vegetation from orange to yellow in the channel swap.

This one totally reminds me of some of the alien plant life that was represented in the video game Half Life. So cool Jim!
