Another from Conway Summit

This photo comes from Conway Summit in Mono County, CA during my trip to Sacramento to visit my parents for Christmas. It was one of my stops on that trip along U.S. Highway 395. Usually, this vista point gives you great views of Mono Lake and the Inyo-Mono Craters. But on this day a thick blanket of fog covered the lake. I waited a few more minutes to see if/how the light would change the landscape at all. I'm glad I waited. The clouds that day were a pleasure as well.

It could be, Jim but it could also be radiation fog from the lake.
