No it's stayed in the mountain, look at this picture it will give you a better view. I was walking on the frozen lake toward it.

Thanks for the second shot to put it in perspective. That area is never visited due to the threatening ice cliffs that break off and avalanche randomly throughout the year. In winter it could also have just been a snow slab that released, but more likely some ice fell then brought all the snow below it along for the ride.
