Bald Eagle at Jackson Lake

When I went out to Jackson Lake in Colorado that's an hour drive from my daughters, there were about 8 to 10 Bald Eagles around the lake. So that was super exciting! This is one of them.

Yeah, the sun was at an angle with his belly in complete shade so it went dark to expose the rest of him right. When I brightened it up more it seemed too noisy on his belly, so just left it that way.

Do you have many Bald Eagles there right now or are they further south?

They are around. I found some owls recently too.

This one is a little blue too, Jim. I find that using the luminance tool in Lightroom gets rid of the noise better than Topaz AI.

Thanks Doug. I don't use Topaz AI or Lightroom. But I will look at the next one closer in ACR and use some of the Luminance reduction there while I am converting it. I did get a couple of them flying around that could be cool.
