Beach Tiles

One of the really cool aspects I thought from Sunset Cliffs in San Diego was how there were these tile looking rocks that would show themselves with a lower tide.

They do look like tiles. Beaches are really fun to explore, one thing I miss living in Utah is access to the ocean.

Yeah, thats one thing as I have thought about moving to Colorado is I would miss the beach for sure.

And you would have the "opportunity" to shovel snow. That is one aspect of living near the Rockies I don't miss in the slightest.

Yep, I need to get back there at sunset. It’s all about timing there getting a low enough receding tide so the tiles are still set at sunset with nice clouds in the sky.

Hmmm, I hadn't thought about that, but you are correct Ryan! It does have a certain Q'bert feel to it.
