Not sure what forum fits this best, so I'll call it still life. These are tea pots on a fire in a Bedouin camp in the Wadi Rum in Jordan. I liked the warm/cool colors and overall mood. Any thoughts are welcome.
Nice - this brings back more than a handful of memories. Did you try any of their tea? Very sweet but I grew quite fond of it. Most of the tea fires are made with small sticks they gather since there are few trees for firewood.
My workmen figured out one of the best ways to keep me happy was to make sure I got some out of each pot I let one of them go make. Inversely I found the best way to keep them productive was to make sure they weren't deprived as well so I was pretty lenient about giving a worker a break to go make another pot. Surprisingly the tea will help cool you down on a hot summer day since you sweat drinking the hot tea.

I had several cups and enjoyed them. It was a chilly day, so the warmth was nice. I watched our guide pull sticks/roots out of the sand for the fire he made to cook our lunch later that afternoon. They definitely understand how to work within their environment!
There is an issue with Uploading Photos (attachjments). I am not sure what the problem is, and I am looking into it. You can still try to Create your Threads and Upload your Photos, but it is hanging up during the Upload.
