Bored, Took Some Flower Shots

Haven't had a chance to get out and shoot because of the virus pandemic. Broke down and shot a couple of flower shots in my little home studio today.

Worthwhile results - the dark background in the first one really makes the blooms pop. The second one is stunning. I love the detail and color in the frame.

Thanks all for the comments. Well, my reservations for Yosemite next week just got canceled, I was informed park closure will extent till at least the 15th of May. I’ll probably be doing some more home studio shots rather than enjoying the great outdoors.
