Bruges

Another easy old city to photograph. Like Krakow I was staying in the centre and could walk around at night. Bruges has many horse drawn carriages that tempt tourists to tour the sights so a couple of slow pans (0.3 and 0.4s shutter speed) Ken

I love the reflective waterways in the city with the nice lighting and old world buildings along the edge. I like the lighting on the big central tree in the second image. The carriage pans are interesting too.

The first two are very similar, but the second is my favorite and very nice. The pans are neat.

This does look like another cool city. This is in Poland too?

I think I like #2 better like Ben, but I think I would tone down the brightness on that Ivy growing down the wall in #2 a bit. It's brightness seems to distract from the rest of the buildings being lit up.

The panning on the horse carriages is sure cool. Those are fun to do. I think I lean towards #3 as my favorite as it appears the horse is just bursting out of the darkness.

Bruges is in Belgium and the large centre comprises 13th and 14th Century buildings. It is very touristy but beautiful with cobbled streets and canals. I too prefer #3 and will have a look at the Ivy. Ken
